Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. 「This is the fourth home of this type we have stayed at in the northwest Denver area and was the best by far. We had a great stay here with our 2 dogs. Unlike many other properties, there is lots of grass in the yard, so no mud. The home itself was very clean and everything just worked. No signs of mold/mildew/water damage. Live plants!
