Parking could be improved, especially for check in. You have drive up a ramp then walk back down as you do not have key to activate the elevator. Also the ramp had patches of ice that needed to be sanded or have ice melt. The staff were very friendly and the room was very good. Thank you.

The staff was terrific. The room had inadequate storage for two people or a long stay and an inadequate shower head. The garage was a forest of concrete polls. There was no lunch venue. The only dinner option was a sports bar with no post meal coffee and stale desert cake. And the breakfast venue ran out of orange juice.

Proximity to where I needed to be was great. One of our rooms had no heat the first two days until we called and maintenance had to come and connect a cable in the ceiling. Not sure why there’d be no heat with the weather being as cold as it was.

Staff was great, quite friendly and attentive in spite of a large conference going on at the time. Main facility very clean and pleasant. I found the room where I stayed in to be dated.

Room was nice and clean with a fridge, I wish there was a microwave in the room. The main lobby has a microwave so that was good. Parking in the ramp was tight with the space. The security for this hotel was good as well. Hotel was around alot of convenient areas.
