「nice room」

「This hotel was in convient location . We needed a place to stay while family member was in hospital. Room was clean, beds very confortable . Only complaints, #1 doors were very loud when closed. So you heard them off/on three the night. #2 included breakfast was probably the most unappealing selection compared to most hotels」

「A code is needed for keyless entry. The amenities were good—small refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, hair dryer. My only complaint is that our room was located adjacent to the kitchen and so kitchen smells, mainly the smell of fried food, wafted in. Therefore, the room did not have a fresh, clean scent. The banter of staff and clutter of utensils could also be heard in the bedroom. Once the restaurant closed the night was very quiet」

「the inn was in a lovely area with pretty views of the water. Rooms were very comfortable and well decorated. The restaurant had a great menu and there are other nice restaurants nearby. the staff was very accomodating, Overall five stars!」

「It was a beautiful complex, not just a hotel. Right on the Salmon river with outdoor games and a spa. A nice restaurant and bar that served up a great breakfast. The amenities were plentiful. I wish we could have stayed longer.」

「It honestly served its purpose for what we were looking for which is a room to rest our heads at night with heat, a bathroom, and a shower. We spent our entire day out fishing so we did not need somewhere to stay that required to entertain us. My only wish would be a microwave in the room, but there is a microwave available for use in the main room. My only complaint was the propane bottle was empty when looking to use the grill, and staff was called and problem reported but no call back was...

「My friends and I just had the most incredible weekend stay at The Roxy Hotel. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. 」

「The room was relatively clean except for the stains on the sheets and the leftover soap with hair on it that was from previous Visitors and leftover shampoo. It was gross.. There was no hot water. I left the water run for 6 minutes and it only got Luke warm.. so no shower for me. I left at approximately 7am rang the bell for service but no one showed up so I left. 」

「We had a very pleasant 4 night stay while visiting my son and family. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The free breakfast was the usual fare but good (real eggs, pastries/muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt etc). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here next visit to Watertown!」

「Room was dirty. Microwave had food in from god knows when. Only 1 coffee for the coffee maker and it was not replenishment for the 2nd night.」

「我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气」
