“Very relaxing . Loved the fireplace”

“15 ladies enjoyed a wonderful long girls weekend at Floatin and Boatin. The kitchen is well stocked, there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors for relaxing and lots of laughter. Just minutes to Rosemont Winery and Shady Shack. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.”

“We all had a fantastic stay at Group Therapy. While the weather didn't cooperate we had lots of activities we could do in the ample indoor space while enjoying the AMAZING views. The boat dock was fantastic as well. My 18' Bayliner had lots of room (plenty of space for a larger one) with lots of cleats to tie down and keep secure on windy days. Of course the dock and the deck on top of the boat house had tons of space and seating to enjoy when the weather got warm enough (April can be hit……

“It is right on the lake and picture perfect beautiful. Sipping coffee in the mornings on the 3 season porch watching a peaceful sunrise and listening to fish jump in the lake, it was perfect! The house is super clean and the extremely comfortable beds made for peaceful evenings. Our host was very tuned in to make our stay most pleasant. Sublime VRBO.”

“Over all great place if I was at a hotel I would’ve had to cart my own trash away for as much as we paid a cleaning fee was added for what ?we did all the cleaning as instructed by owner the house needs a few up grades the toilets was so low like in the 60’s spider webs in the corner in living room difficulty locating garbage bags outdoor furniture un useable needs cleaning prior to guests arrival yet mentioned in advertisement of home amenities”

“My family and our friends live in MD. We met our sons who live in NC. The house was perfect for our group of 12. It is very spacious with lots of seating. The covered boat deck was awesome since our weather wasn’t great. The amenities were as advertised and there were a lot. We had a great weekend and would definitely go back.”

“This was just a lovely place to stay. It was a very nice house and everything was clean and tidy. Everything looked new and remodled. It is a well looked after house. The best part for us was the screaned deck. We spent almost our entire time outside. It was so quiet and peaceful. Out back there is a place for a fire, swing, and a roofed area to hang out. We took advantage of the washer and dryer which looked brand new as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The owners were……

“Home was very nice & had lots of ammenities & beautiful view. Overall on a high level it was clean but could use a bit more attention to the details. There were hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The coffeemaker had coffee ground in it that were covered in green mold. Evidently the cleaning person forgot to empty the grounds & clean the coffee maker. The Dishes were not real clean. Had to rewash coffee cups. Otherwise, the cleanliness was okay.”

“Wake n Lake is a beautiful, spacious home on a peaceful lot with amazing views of the lake. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked. We especially enjoyed the boat house area fishing for catfish, kayaking around the lake, s’mores at the fire pit, and ending the nights with a game of pool! A perfect place for a family vacation!”

“This is a great location. Wow, the view!!!! The size of the house was perfect. Even though the house was very clean it does need some TLC. Nails on the deck are sticking up. Do not go barefoot! I would rent this again, just keep up with the maintenance and it will be booked all the time. Dealing with the owner was very good and easy.”

“We are repeat renters of this property. The house, porch and dock never disappoint! Weather didn’t cooperate but we made entertainment by playing board games, working on puzzles and just enjoying each others company. Home is always clean, owners are always kind and communicate quickly!”

The home is full of natural light, spacious and cozy providing a wonderful place for our group-15 ladies this year. The two living rooms and several decks provide great places to be inspired. “Had an amazing stay at Marc’s lake house on Lake Gaston. The home is even more beautiful in person and was extremely clean. We loved the amount of linens that were provided (including beach towels) and how stocked the kitchen was. Anything you could think of, Marc has you covered! The outdoor spaces were our favorite parts as there was enough seating for all of our guests, plus there were so many things to keep us busy! We also loved the downstairs bar/hangout area that led right out to the hot……
