"Everything was great I would like to thank Matt at the front desk he went out of his way to help the gentleman at parking was very helpful Saturday night "

"There was rust on the bathtub, handle for tub comes off, no cold water, that could be a plus. Wall paper coming off, holes in wall. Bed was caved in middle. Then to top it off, HAD FIRE ALARM GO OFF IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT, NOT THE ONE IN ROOM. FINALLY FIND EXIT AND THEY HAD A PAD LOCK ON GATE TO GET OUT SO WE WERE STUCK ON 2ND FLOOR!!!! THANK GOD NO FIRE OR WE WOULD HAVE BURNED OR WOULD OF HAD TO JUMP FROM 2ND FLOOR TO RIVER. AFTER FIRE ALARM NEXT DAY NOT 1 STAFF MEMBER ASK IF THINGS WERE OK. THE PLACE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE ON LINE"

"Our stay was good except parking was extremely expensive for the 2 1/2 days we stayed at the hotel."

"Centrally located, just around the corner from the Alamo and Riverwalk. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean, albeit - small like a NY hotel. Granted the building is old, but the decor within the hotel is updated. The staff was personable. I chose to park at one of the private parking garages a couple of blocks away, which was cheaper than parking at the hotel."

"The hotel looks new and the property have a lot of details that needs completion. The staff is hit or miss. Some very attentive and others needs more training. Overall a good hotel that needs more time to find tune with service."
