「Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price.」

「I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. 「The property is a bit old-fashioned but has everything you need. Rooms are well-kept and spacious. The balcony gives a nice outdoor feel. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to several restaurants and a small mall. The staff were helpful and I had no issues during my stay.」

「Hotel needs modern upgrades to rooms. The rooms are very outdated. The bedding needs to be washed and changed before every guest. Everything on the bed should be stripped not just the sheets. A microwave in the room or even bar/lobby area would be awesome accommodation for guest. Food was expensive at the onsite restaurant ($100 US for 1 person) but it is located right on the beach which was nice.」

「Lovely hotel. Room was very comfortable with good amenities. There were groups of sports teams from the UK there. Unfortunately when they arrived the restaurant focused more on them than the other guests resulting in long wait times to order and receive food and drink. You must treat ALL your guests appropriately. I believe the hotel was built in 2003. They can use some upgrades. The rooms have actual "keys" instead of key cards. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I would return again.」
