Living room TV remote was non-functioning even with batteries replaced. Outside lights over the fire pit were broken. But worst of all, there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling on our second night, perhaps to no fault of the host, but still took from the experience. Would not recommend unless...

Check in was as described, & owner messaged to check that all was ok. We hit during a very cold spell but heat was more than adequate.
