「This was a beautiful building that has been refurbished in a very nice fashion. I love staying in older hotels because they have such character. This one was 1909 I think, but updated with very modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Other treats - wine and cheese and cookies were great additions. The location is close to downtown and local attractions.」

She admitted she was still training - the other gentleman (Javier) was not helpful as she asked for support - he seemed overly focused on the guest he was with. Georgia remained processipnal and did find someone else to help her. She did not let the situation fluster her and still provided great.service.」

「We liked the suite part with a reasonable price tag, also the freezer unit attached to the refrigerator and it was convenient to most places in the Springfield area. Busy but quiet. They could use a night light in the bathroom and some stock.ond in the bathtub but that is all.」

「It was amazing, the staff were excellent, professional, courteous, and friendly. The only down fall was the pool was closed the first 2 days, do to some lightening issues but was reopened quickly and it was the most clear and clean pool area I have been in for a Hotel in a very long time. This being many but not all the reasons I stay at a Best Western when possible」
