「The first thing that was impressive with this booking was the quick , helpful, and accommodating host, Karen. She was always there for us to answer or help with any issues we may have had. 「So grateful to have found this wonderful place when my brother and I and our spouses were in Augusta for a memorial service. The property is clean and perfectly situated near a wide variety of grocery and restaurant options. It is just minutes away from downtown and the medical district and from access to I-20. "The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
