“We received a wonderfully warm welcome from staff pursuing the highest standards of customer care and engagement. The Hotel la Prison is part boutique hotel, part immersive cultural experience, part modern art gallery. And the sum of the parts is a unique hotel experience. “This original old house is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Beziers. The rooms are modern, airy and spotlessly clean. The courtyard / swimming pool area is a lovely place to relax in the evening with a drink and watch the little lizards climbing the walls. Be aware as this is an old house there is no lift.”

“Building is magnificent. We stayed in the Jeanne Guy room and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing (thank you Jennifer and Christian). The pool and gardens are unbelievable. And outside the gate you have everything you need on your doorstep. The room was a little bit hot but they kindly gave us a fan. We look forward to visiting again”

“It was a good place to stay for a night before a morning flight. Lovely pool and the staff were all very nice. Clean and well kept. Food in the restaurant was not so good though as no was expensive. I also hated the paper cups in the bathroom that kind of disintegrated. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been great.”
