Tolles Hotel, fußläufig keine 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Für ein 3*-Hotel war ich überaus positiv von der modernen Ausstattung und der Größe der Zimmer überrascht. Außerdem top Essen und freundliches Personal.

Bon confort et service. Points à améliorer.
Bon service et confort. Parking publique lointain si arrivée tardive. Chambre surchauffée à mon arrivée. J'ai réussi à éteindre le radiateur de la chambre mais pas celui de la sdb. A lui seul, il chauffait trop la chambre. J'ai dû dormir fenêtre ouverte!

L’accueil était parfait (sauf que personne ne parle Français, mais ce n’est pas très grave). Chambre correcte et propre, mais l’église est juste en face, alors je vous laisse imaginer le son des cloches dès 7h du matin… La climatisation est assurée par un appareil mobile qui fait un boucan d’enfer. Il faut aimer le côté pittoresque de la chose. L’établissement est petit, mais relativement propre, et le personnel disponible.

Small and unpretentious and great value option
A small quiet hotel with a good breakfast and a different restuarant offering to what is usual in a small village hotel. Great vaue for the price charged and a bigger room than I would have expected. Will be my foirst choice when back working at my clients premises nearby rather than travelling a little further from one of the bigger cities close by

Good price quality hotel
After Some incheck issues (roomreservation could not be found, but after intervention of Hotels.com problem solved) I had a great stay in nice room. Nice Bathroom and very good restaurant (Indian dishes are great). Location is only 5 minutes walk from trainstation for 5 minute ride to downtown Leuven.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, rustige kamer, comfortabel bed. Properte in de badkamer kan beter; lavabokraan met vlekken, chaufagewand met spetters, glazen wand op bad/douche met kalk. Toen we 's avonds laat pp.de kamer kwamen was het er zeer warm - De chaufage stond niet aan-, geprobeerd even de airco op te zetten maar de kabel was een halve meter te kort,airco kon ook niet verplaatst worden, darm zat vast in opening in muur. Raam kon wel open maar je kon zo op het plat dak stappen waar ook de brandtrap was, dus ook geen optie.

Has potential, I hope it reaches it.
The hotel is set in a small quiet town so it was very relaxing. It looks like it has had a recent refurbishment, however it seems that it hasn’t been completed or someone has run out of money. Although the bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean, I found a few issues with it. Firstly, there was a power extension lead hanging down from behind the TV with the cables from the tv and the set top box connected to it. Next, there was a WiFi point sitting on top of the desk and not properly located to the wall. Next there was a portable air con unit beside the bed with a hole put through the wall for hot air pipe , but it was not finished but the final issue was that some of the switches had electrical shorts which I could hear when pressing them. Even a do not disturb would have been handy ( I was woken up by house keeping even though I locked the door as I had been working over night.) If the hotel is finished properly, it will be a lovely little place. I didn’t have a chance to try the Sushi restaurant, but the guests I saw in there seemed very happy in there.

Mooi dicht bij Leuven
Prima hotel op zeer korte afstand van Leuven. Kamer was mooi ruim, prima wifi en grote badkamer met heerlijke regendouche. Het was een warme dag en de warmte was lastig van de kamer te verdrijven, ondanks de aanwezigheid van een mobile airconditioner.

Simply fine.
I was only here for a brief overnighter. Late check-in was handled well. Room was fine. Great bed & shower. No wifi-password in the room, but I didn't go back to ask the reception as it wasn't really necessary for me to get online. Did not have breakfast as I had to leave early. Would probably book agin if I'd need a similar overnight stay in the area.

Het was warm en de kamer zou een airco en koelkast op de kamer hebben. Klopte, maar beide werkte niet of niet naar behoren (afvoer van de airco stuk, heel veel herrie, weinig capaciteit. Personeel deed zijn best maar had onvoldoende capaciteiten om hotel te runnen: op brandalarm werd niet adequaat gereageerd (in kastje kijken, aan telefoon hangen, maar niet kijken of er ergens brand was en of alle gasten weg waren). We kregen na 1.5 uur ons hoofdgerecht en nog 45 minuten daarna ons hoofdgerecht (goede kwaliteit), omdat de afhaal voor ging? Pinautomaat deed het niet. Overal zag je dat management ontbrak en aan het onderhoud weinig aandacht werd besteed (lamoen kapot, koelkast, airco kapot etc.)

Leuk gezellig hotel
Lang gezocht naar een hotel dichtbij Werchter. Uiteindelijk bij Carpinus terechtgekomen en het kon niet beter. Gemakkelijk te vinden en altijd parkeerplaats. De kamer was perfect van groote en ook de badkamer was tot in de punthes afgewerkt. Het ontbijt was niet zo uitgebreid maar dat was niet nodig. Alles wat je nodig hebt was er en als er toch iets was dan kon je dat vragen aan het super vriendelijke personeel. Wij gaan alvast niet meer op zoek nr een ander hotel volgend jaar. Overcame their Hiccups
Check-in was a little rough because a computer glitch seemed to erase one of my two booked rooms. But they did the right thing and gave us both rooms. The rooms were on the way too hot side when we came in. The air conditioner wasn't running and couldn't be hooked up properly, but one of the staff was helpful in cooling the room down in a few minutes time. The rooms were beautiful, looked recently renovated and the location was next to an old church that looked fabulous. It was a convenient location to Brussels and the airport. We missed the traffic but it only took 30 minutes to get there. A solid 3-star hotel. We didn't eat in the restaurant. The price point was excellent.

accueil médiocre, la personne ne parle pas le français ou p’utot N’a pas voulu faire d’effort. À la réception on vous écrit le montant à payer avant d’acceder À la chambre vous devez régler. Pas de conseil pour savoir où se restaurer. Salle de bain sale ( calcaire sur les pommeaux, trace jaunes avec poussières au niveau du par douche sans oublier le robinet du lavabo). Très décevant
