The living room has 2 sofa beds (cross sleeper) and a spacious dining area with 6 chairs in the bay window. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The third room can be used as a living room / bedroom and has two sofa beds (each 90 x 200 cm). The living room has carpet. In the other two rooms a laminate floor is laid. The apartment is equipped with cable TV in three rooms and one music system in two rooms. In the kitchen is a high quality fitted kitchen with electric stove, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, CD - radio and dishwasher. In the front building there is the possibility of using a coin dryer. Furthermore, the apartment amenities include an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. A deposit of 100.00 € and the rental laundry (if ordered by the administrator) in the amount of 12,00 € per person (initial equipment / Mietwaschepakete) are to be paid upon arrival to the key administrator.
