「It was to cold too get in」

「So there are pros and cons. Was a nice stay but could use improvements with sewage. 2 bathrooms had slow drains and bottom half bathroom smelled of sewage. Shower in Bathroom in bungalow needed cleaning and has exposed wire hanging down in shower. The space between bed frame and mattress in master bedroom had spiderwebs. Groundskeeper was nice and attentive to pool and would take out trash which was a pro. There are dogs in area barking throughout very loudly that all 8 of us can hear from all...

「Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia. Luckily the bank rejected the payment and we resolved the issue with the property. -upon arrival, we noticed a lot of damage to the room. looks like...

「We were not satisfied with the accommodations! The property was in a gated community! We felt safe! We didn’t appreciate sharing space with unwanted cats, cockroaches & bugs. Pre trip information was lacking, laundry days, backup generator,& hot water on demand system.( not efficient) screen doors would’ve of been helpful for mosquitoes & air movement. Window screens were ineffective in keeping out mosquitoes. Unfortunately cooking utensils were lacking. 」
