“For the amount I rented it was a very good deal. All the common area property is very well cared for. The apartment itself could use some minor repairs like door knobs. But it wasn't a big deal, the air conditioners worked excellent. The kitchen was fully stacked with everything we needed and more. The cleaning could have been a little better since the floor felt a bit sandy, perhaps with a vacuum, and found a cockroach in the main bathroom. But that can happen anywhere. The beach are is great……

“Nuestra experiencia: Las camas son rígidas y duras, muy incomodas. Las mesas de noche, gabeteros, gabinetes de cocina y mesa exterior con bastante polvo y presencia de eses de lagartos incluyendo, la nevera ejecutiva sucia por dentro. A las 3 am los perros en la propiedad ladrando a todo dar. Nos quito el sueño que no pudimos recuperar. El personal es muy atento y amable. Espero puedan corregir las deficiencias por qué el lugar están bien ubicado y facil de llegar.”

“Costa Verde 3 was an incredible property. The home was beautiful and provided such comfort for 5 couples. The staff was on top of everything and even helped with golf cart issues and other requests. This was our 3 trip to Casa de Campo over the last several years and nothing compared to this trip from the sheer beauty of the property and its location to the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff.
