「Owners are very friendly and the dock is not to far away from the house , just down the street and the neighbors we ran into were all very nice!」

「This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Truman lake. Very inviting, it has all you need, the owners are so easy to work with, and the location is perfect!」

「Stayed for fishing and vacation. The location is perfect for those that want to getaway from everything. The cove allows access to the main body of water as well which is nice for people who want to bring a boat」

「Clean room and comfortable bed.Nicely remodeled historic building with several hotel type rooms. There is a separate house you can book but it was already reserved when we made our reservations. The owners are friendly and helpful. Has a big fishing dock and the owner gave us plenty of tips on how to fish it. There is a good restaurant a very short walk away but still just minutes from everything in Warsaw. This place is going on our list for a return trip. 」

「We were in town for a fishing tournament on Truman and we booked this place for a week. It’s quiet and peaceful and the hosts are the best people! We make this trip every year and will definitely be coming back. 」

「We truly enjoyed the location. Watching the boats and kids play on the water was entertaining. Relaxing, that was what we were looking for, a place to get away. The house was smaller than described, we made it work. Enjoyed eating on the deck every night. The host was great to work with very accommodating. Easy to find and access. The house was more lived in, not set up for guests to rent, again it was not difficult to make it work for us. We will be renting this home again. 」

「Property was great! I was able to get in touch with the property manager timely very friendly. Nice little get away very peaceful. They also provided mosquito spray that was a plus!!! 」

「The cabin had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you for letting us stay at the Owl’s Nest. Highly recommend. 」

「We stayed at the Rusted Barn due to proximity to our desired boat ramp for spoonbill season at the Ozarks. Everything was adequate and ready for our arrival. The only issue (minor) we encountered was the beds were all super squeaky! If you're a light sleeper, be ready. We would still stay here again and it still rated 5 stars. The cookies on arrival were great!」
