“Perfect. The beds were amazing. Super clean. Alan is super easy to communicate with. Quick to respond. House is organized and just like the listing states. Please note that there is a ramp that an elderly person could have issue navigating on foot to get to the dock from the back deck. Also take a baby gate to block the access to the ramp if you have pets or babies. (We easily used the long table on the back deck as a gate at it worked perfectly!) “We had our family reunion at this beautiful park from 5/31/24 through 6/3/24. It was just as advertised. Plenty of room for our 13 people. The house was great. The pool and spa did not disappoint. “Overall we were pleased with our stay. The beds were comfy, location was great, and property was overall exactly as described. Unfortunately, three of the adults were attacked by fire ants all over their feet in the backyard, but I did notify the homeowner and he was very apologetic and said he would get it taken care of before the next guests arrived. “This place exceeded our expectations! Some homes have everything yet nothing, but Sherri has carefully thought through every possible need, from bulbs to bowls. The beds, pillows, blankets were top notch and no detail left out. And clean is an understatement. The house was spotless! We had 5 kids from age 4-9 and had a blast with the paddle board at the mini beach across the street. We especially loved Robert R Keys beach just 9 minutes away.
