The space
Our one-story home is situated on a corner lot in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located to all that Florida's Adventure Coast has to offer.

This upscale home is newly renovated as of January 2023, including a completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances (including a wine fridge), 2 full bathrooms, 3 fully renovated bedrooms, new flooring throughout the entire home, new lighting and fixtures, and all brand new furniture.

Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's rural chic theme, centering on just some of the nature and wildlife of central Florida, and to make this home the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun.

The open floor plan creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather. The living room, kitchen, and dining room flow together leading to the pool and covered patio lounging area just outside. With the pool area screened in, guests are encouraged to leave the sliding glass doors open on cooler days to allow for an even more free-flowing entertainment space.

Guests can enjoy relaxing in the pool, lounging in the sun, or firing up the grill for an outdoor meal pool-side. The oversized backyard is fully fenced in on a corner lot. The pool area is equipped with a sunbathing lounge chair, sectional sofa and chairs, and pool toys and floaties. Turn on the outdoor string lights in the evening for the perfect nighttime ambiance.

Rainy day? No problem! Guests can also enjoy our home outside under the covered patio area or inside playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 55-in TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps.

The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster, blender, and more.

Each of the 3 bedrooms are newly remodeled and provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed). Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with brand new luxury bedding. The master suite has its own bathroom, and the 2 guest bedrooms share a newly remodeled hallway bathroom with a full-sized tub. A dedicated home office workspace is located in one of the guest bedrooms. A pack-and-play crib is also available in the master suite closet.

Although each bedroom includes its own dresser, closet, and luggage rack, don't bother bringing an extra suitcase for clothes! A brand new washer and dryer are located in the garage next to the kitchen.
Guest access
Check in is at 4:00 p.m., and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Guests have access to the entire house, pool area, backyard, and garage.

Our home is equipped with fast private WiFi and keyless electronic entry.
Other things to note
House Rules:

This is a family home located in a residential area. We expect you to treat our home with the same respect as you would treat your own. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Our roundabout driveway allows for 3 vehicles. Please keep the street parking to a minimum.

There is a strict no smoking rule within the home or the covered patio space.

Supervision of children who are in or by the pool is required at all times.

This property has outdoor security cameras solely meant to protect the property from potential trespassing, break-ins, or theft.
