「House was clean and centrally located. We wanted something fairly close Santa Clara beach. There are at least 2 restaurants in the Town Center complex. 」

「Great house in the Santa Catalina area, with privacy and an awesome property. The owners were so nice, and they conveniently arranged some horses for us to horseback ride on their property and at the nearby beach, which was fantastic. Great conversation with them as well, they were both very friendly and helpful. The beach was conveniently located, and we were able to walk down to a restaurant 5 minutes away. The pool was also perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!」

「The house is as billed; it's a great house, particularly for a group. But we had many maintenance issues: we had no hot water and the water heater had to be replaced: the electricity to the washer/dryer didn't work and was replaced with an extention cord. The front door literally "fell off". the hinges. A cabinet door was about to fall off. The manager was prompt and apologetic, but we had too many problems to give a top rating. The area is great. The floor plan is great. But maintenance dollars...
