“Hotel was a great stay for our first landing ground in Crete from the states - we wanted something to relax / adjust to time change and give our 4 year old some fun - It was a great stay, great food at the restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t my fave but It was fine.”

“We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay”

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“Lovely resort, that’s like a smaller version of IKOS - minus the all inclusive and certain extra touches. Scenic resort right by the beach. Of the three à la carte restaurants on site, Almyra is the best. We didn’t enjoy the food at other spots. Service across the restaurants is great - with some lovely staff. We noticed some of the older staff (particularly at the buffet restaurant) weren’t the most welcoming and struggle the smile. The rooms were cleaned promptly every morning. We found……

“Rundum war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privaten Pool und hatten dort unsere Flitterwochen verbracht. Es war traumhaft. Das ganze Personal versucht sein bestmögliches zu geben. Eine Massage habe ich auch gebucht und wurde keineswegs enttäuscht. Jessie hat das super gemacht 😍 die Cocktails und das Essen waren sehr lecker. Das Essen im à la carte Restaurant ein Traum. “Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people.”

“Hotel was lovely, staff were really friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Check in was seamless with a welcome drink and hot towels upon arrival. Rooms were spotless and a nice size many with a sea view. The sun beds were very comfortable and plenty for everyone even though some people still felt the need to reserve first thing in the morning. A big shout out to Aphrodite in the restaurant in the evenings she was so friendly and went out of her way to assist with menu and……

“The front desk staff were wonderful. Nearly all service staff were rude and unhelpful with a few of exceptions. There are cultural differences I expect to navigate but they were rude, ignored us constantly and honestly made the experience unenjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and that staff was great and kind. Everything was very clean. The included classes offered aren’t all week so we could not partake as it’s only offered 4 (I think) of the 7 days. Food was very tasty but it’s silly……
