My daughter and I had such a good experience with this hotel. The staff was spot on and the food was wonderful. The view from my balcony was gorgeous. If we ate outside the hotel, The gentleman who worked at the entrance by the gate gave us some good options to choose from. I would def stay again and do recommend it.

Great view from the room, super friendly staff from reeption through husekeeping till the restaurnt staff everyone was very kind and helpful. The food optios are great and the food is always fresh, the chef is there to assist with allergies or food intolarences. Upon request early breakfast and lunch basket is available. Maybe the pool could be opened earlier than 9am.

Well i'm not impressed from this resort! ,up on arrival was supposed to be picked up from the hotel we needed to get cap from the airport to the hotel at 1 am in the morning….plus the property has no sand beaches only rocks around and swimming pool over crowded we walk a mile to the nice beaches!!! Other than that everything was good plenty of food home made friendly staff easy to communicate!!!

It was a nice hotel. View was great from room. I didn’t look at details and thought it was adult only. A bit surprised with the families but that’s on me. Only issue is cigarette smoke smell. Otherwise it was great!!

The hotel was over crowded, only air-conditioned in main bedroom and unable to leave on when out of the room. The dining was also over crowded, difficulty finding a table for larger group and also no air-conditioning. The wait staff were friendly and accommodating, however the food was bland and camp like. The "all inclusive" alcohol was terrible, cheap and served in small glasses. We left after one night asked for a redund for remaining 7 nights (declined). NEVER will stay here again. You get what you pay for.

Herrlicher Ausblick

Herrlicher Ausblick über das kretische Meer, sehr leckere Buffets mit sehr viel Auswahl, insbesondere an griechischen Spezialitäten, auch sehr zu empfehlen für Vegetarier. Angenehme Poollandschaft und schwimmen auch direkt im Meer möglich. Einzig die Säfte waren leider nicht von der Frucht, obwohl es ha sehr viele Orangen und Granatäpfel gibt auf Kreta.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schöner Ausblick vom Hotel, insbesondere beim Frühstücksbuffet, welches von allem etwas bietet, ausser den Säften die leider nicht von der Frucht gepresst sind. Nur wenige Minuten zu einem wunderbaren Sandstrand, oder man kann auch direkt am Hotel ins blaue Meer springen. Beim All Inclusive ist auch abwechslungsreich, und auch Wein, Bier, Gin, Rum und Raki etc sind auch wählbar bei immer freundlichem Personal.

Menus trop continentaux, pas assez locaux. Eau inbuvable, obligé d'acheter des bouteilles. Le All Inclusive ne comporte que très peu de variétés de boissons et aucun cocktail, en comparaison d'autres établissements. Fermeture des accès piscine et transats beaucoup trop tôt. Peu de place en soirée pour rester au calme en extérieur. Plus d'activités et d'animations à proposer, et surtout qui durent plus tard dans la soirée. Manque d'autres activités pour enfants et adolescents.

Unterkunft ist sehr sauber , und die Zimmer gemütlich . Personal ist freundlich. Als negativ kann ich nur die zu laute (wegen leichtem defekt )klima anlage und die eine oder andere ammeise im zimmer verbuchen. Bei All inclusive hatte ich zudem erwartet , dass der Kühlschrank zumindest mal aufgefüllt wird. Hier gab es nur 2 kleine flaschen stilles Wasser. Pool liegen wurden wie überall von früh an "Belagert" . Zum glück ist ein schöner strand nur 10 minuten zu fuß.

Très bon séjour

Hôtel propre, vue magnifique à deux pas d’une petite ville avec plage de sable. Les piscines sont à l’eau de mer et un peu petites mais agréables. Pas d’animation ce qui rend l’ambiance tranquille. Seul le temps de repas est très bruyant.

Vue magnifique ( face a la mer.) Restauration convenable, du changement souvent sur les plats donc correct. Emplacement bien située entre 2 petites villes a visiter très sympathique. Literies pas confortable du tout vraiment très déçu. Pas d'activités a l'hotel, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées, mais aucune informations sur les activités a faire en Crête en général et aucune activités prévu par l'hotel en journee ou soirée, rien du tout.

Travelling with teenagers.

Very good service everywhere in the hotel. They really love their guests. Very good english language, very helpful in every situation. It was clean everywhere, the food was amazing in the buffet, pools were clean too. And the pier was our favourite! You can jump into the clear turquoise water.

Chambre et mobilier mériterait d’être mis au goût du jour, Hôtel classe 4 étoiles, ce serait plutôt un 2-3 étoiles suivants les standards français. Repas assez fade et sans goût. Manque un peu d’animation le soir. Personnel sympathique, Félicitation au directeur qui nous a changé de chambre , la première ne correspondait pas du tout au niveau réserve .
