“The location is amazing for a peaceful, quiet get away! Directions via GPS didn’t include road 122, that is important in finding the location. Pretty far from high traffic destinations of Colorado, so a drive to the city is required if you are looking for that kind of activity. The animals at the farm are so sweet and friendly, I truly felt closer to nature out here. The Mountain View in the morning is unbeatable! The host was so kind and helpful. Being out in the woods I expected more bugs to……

“This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed.”

The home itself is beautiful, the scenery is amazing, and the view of the stars at night can’t be beat. The home itself was designed with intentionality and care. The decor and design choices were the cherry on top of the whimsy vibe.We enjoyed seeing multiple deer, turkeys, chipmunks, and birds while exploring the outside area. The location is perfectly situated as a home base to explore the area from Mesa Verde to Silverton, which we did over the……

“The location was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a washer and dryer complete with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, flatware, coffee pot/water kettle. The AC units struggled to cool the entire property so nights were left kind of sweaty and uncomfortable. “I'm still not clear whether this was a Vacasa or VRBO reservation. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible. I contacted Vacasa who sent the check-in instructions and they informed me that they no longer were managing the property???? So they could not help me. We had to wait outside for 30……
