「Die Bedienung am Abend ist sehr umsichtig und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein. Sie behält den Überblick, obwohl sie allein für 30 Personen zuständig ist. Den Wunsch ein weiteres Kopfkissen für die Nacht zu bekommen hat sie mit Bravour gestemmt, obgleich keine Rezeption mehr besetzt war.」

「1.The hotel counter refused to help us to print the ticket( A4*3 pages), even if we paid extra. Then I have to go to the next hotel to ask for help. Another hotel does not charge any fees to help me print three tickets. 2.we booking one "triple room including breakfast ", the receptionist told to us only 2 breakfast is included. The third person has to pay extra. but the confirmation didn't show this rule.」
