「Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...

「Das Hotel per se ist okay, die Therme Okay. Das Essen ist auch okay zumindest gibt es immer wieder etwas was man zum essen findet. Dennoch muss ich hier leider eine schlimme Erfahrung teilen. Am Abreisetag haben wir checkout um 11 Uhr gehabt doch waren noch in der Früh in der Therme haben uns gedacht wir gehen bis ca. 12 Uhr noch Baden und dann noch Mittagessen, da wir All Inclusive gebucht hatten und reisen dann gemütlich zum Heimweg ab jedoch war dem nicht so. Gleich zu Beginn hat ein Kellner...
