Sadly so disappointed
I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this is needed. We drove 3 hours to get here and upon pulling up, the front is so overgrown that it’s unsafe and hazardous. We have young children and our elderly parents with us. we were nervous to even walk through. Secondly there was a trash bag left on the porch that some animal got into. Then as we open the door, the power isn’t even on. And we walked into cob webs. There were cob webs everywhere and dead bugs. Then the 3rd room is downstairs and wreaks of dog pee!!! We will not be able to stay in it. The fire alarms are also low in the batteries so they are beeping. Which is also another hazard. I understand maybe no one has been here in a while but we also booked our stay a month in advanced they had time to come by and make sure it was ready for us. We spent money and time to get here with our family. We are so disappointed and will be demanding some sort of compensation. We don’t have money to even go anywhere else as of tonight but I would not stay here. So disappointing
