“Great lake, great yard, great cabin. We loved the clear lake with a sandy bottom. We enjoyed playing yard games on the flat sandy yard. We had enjoyable fires in the evenings. We enjoyed watching the loon family. A great place to relax and unwind. The host is very helpful and quick to respond.”

“If I could give more stars I would! This is a total experience. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They are so happy to share their piece of paradise with others. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Birders, this is located in the bog with great birds waiting right outside your door! Walk down to the bridge and watch herons and beavers near the Whiteface River.”

“We had an excellent stay. We had basically 5 adults and a toddler and never felt crowded. Everyone had fun at the lake. We spent most of our time running around visiting family so it was nice to have a relaxing place to come back to.We had a short power outage and both Carrie and Andrew were quick with communications and keeping us informed when it was expected to be back on. ”

“Absolutely perfect place to stay. We had the best weekend reconnecting with nature; canoeing the Mississippi river, hiking the nearby 5x state parks. The yurt was spacious yet cozy. We were always comfortable during both the warm daytime and when it cooled off at night. Laying on the comfortable bed, staring up at the stars between the treetop canopy was a great way to relax before falling asleep. Bev and Dave truly made a wonderful place and had all the accomodations set up for a perfect……

“This was a fantastic rental property for a week near Duluth and the MN North Shore. After a summer full of kids' activities, we were looking for a beautiful place to unwind and this was the perfect place. The house is very well-kept and had everything we needed to be there for the week. The outdoor spaces were incredible and family favorite. They were many to choose from and all were comfortable with beautiful scenery at every turn. We feel lucky to have found this gem and would stay here……

“It was such a cozy, beautiful property. We loved the sauna- it was so clean. I wish we could have stayed longer! It would have been nice to have a picnic table, but in the grand scheme of things that's minor and we made it work. It was a wonderful couple days relaxing.”
