"They had the front desk closed like a concession stand. I had to call to let them know I was there to check in. Their system wasn't working to check me in, so the front desk had to make three different calls to get me into my room. I booked a king bed with a pull-out couch, and I was given a queen bed. There was no breakfast, no ice machines. The elevator and second floor smelled like a bowling alley and like someone had just finished smoking."

"Convenient stay as my husband was at Ortho Indy for an overnight after surgery. The room was clean, however, the hallway looks a bit shabby and dated. Fine for one night. "

"The check in and checkout were very quick. I have never been to a hotel that does a complimentary dinner as well as breakfast. The breakfast options were the same each morning, but the dinner varied each night. The complimentary 3 alcoholic beverages were a nice surprise. It was worth the price per night. There is coffee always brewed in the lobby/dining area, but no coffee maker in the rooms themselves. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would definitely book with them again. "
"We had a great stay at the Ironworks hotel! The staff was very responsive to our requests and I loved the convenience of being able to text with the front desk. We enjoyed the breakfast spot Rize on the 1st floor where we ate each morning. Our only negatives would be that the pillows were not the most comfortable and our room did get a bit warm the first two nights. Overall - a great stay. "

"Besides the remodeling being done in the lobby, the building was kept clean. My room was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Plenty of restaurants near by. I would definitely stay again."
