Very clean, management plays no games & keeps the place crime free & quiet at night, They were always so nice & willing to make my stay more comfortable. Its 100% the best deal for your buck. Small apartment vs a hotel room, @ a significantly cheaper rate? Yes please! Recommend over any place in this area!

This is a cozy, cute little gem 💎 that I immediately fell in love with upon walking into the door. Super clear, well organized, lovely little touches that made the place endearing. Outdoor area was just a well throughout, easy to settle in for a evening around the fire 🔥 or a day at the pool, all surrounded by nature on all sides. I will definitely be back again soon! Thank you for a lovely relaxing time.

Brenda and I were very pleased with all aspects of our short stay in Conover /Hiclory area ! The location made it most easy to reach all the destinations we wanted to see. We will be back and share good referrals about Affordable Suites !

I didn’t get to stay because the office closes at 6 and I don’t get off of work until 730. Would have been nice to know! If it is in the fine print it needs to be larger or put in caps in the description.
