Very clean. Kept up. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice staff. Very friendly at check in desk Parking great but could use a couple more handicap spots. Good breakfast. Sunday morning was noisy with doors slamming shut as people were leaving to probably go check out. I loved the fact the doors did lock automatically. A little inconvenience of only one elevator working. Over all I’d give it an A.

Quick weekend getaway with the family

This was a family trip, two families traveling together actually. We had reserved 2 rooms and were pleasantly surprised that we were able to have adjoining rooms. We had 4 young kids between us so this was great for them to play together and go back and forth without being in the hallway. The hotel was clean, wonderful staff, and comfy bed. My only complaint was the pillows. They were entirely too soft and did not provide the support I needed for my neck. Resolution: bring my own pillow next time. I was also disappointed with the size of the pool. It had 3.5 to 5 ft areas, but was easily crowded. It was great for the kids to splash and play. But, there was little room to swim when other adults were in the pool. Oh, i almost forgot about breakfast. It was wonderful! The breakfast options were great! Everything was tasty and hot. The area was clean and the staff was attentive and kept everything well stocked! Special thank you and kudos to Peyton at the front desk! She was friendly, helpful, and very informative.

The staff there is among the friendliest and helpful of any I've encountered. The room was comfortable. My kids loved the pool. We also utilized the common area when we had a few guests come visit. We'll be back.

It took 20 minutes after arrival to get to our room because the front desk clerk was not there and had to walk people to their room individually because their key card system was not working. This delay caused the hot meal we brought to be ruined. We also discovered mold and dirt around the shower door. We had to leave soon but returned at 9 PM with another hot meal, however, the key cards no longer worked. We had to make 6 trips down to the front desk before clerk called maintenance man at home to let us in (bad door lock battery --"we had the same problem with same room lock a few days ago," were told). In meantime, our 2nd hot meal of the day went cold and ruined. Our belongings and my desperately needed diabetes medication were locked in the room, out of reach for 1+ hours. We were given replacement room after making 7th trip downstairs, however, I was busy trying to find a hospital to go to for my medication, so we didn't immediately see how dirty the new room was. New room had dark, greasy stains on chair arms/seat, lots of mold/dirt in shower & floor corners. Also had multiple guest hairs on shower/bathroom walls. A brown substance was smeared on hair dryer bag, and dried white liquid substance was on sofa. Management has been given a week to respond appropriately, but thus far has failed to address our losses, aggravation, negligence, health and safety risks we, inadequate staffing, and breach of warranty.

We had to leave soon thereafter but were given key cards prior to our departure which we tested and found to work. We returned at 9 PM with another hot meal, however, the key cards no longer worked. We had to make 6 trips from the room down to the front desk before the clerk determined that the maintenance man would have to be called to let us in (bad door lock battery --"we had the same problem with this room lock a few days ago," we were told). In the meantime, our second hot meal of the day went cold and was ruined. Our belongings and my desperately needed medication for diabetes was locked in room 303, out of reach. We were given room 305 as a replacement after making the 7th trip of the evening downstairs, however, I was busy trying to find a hospital to go to for my medication, so we didn't immediately see how dirty room 305 was. Room 305 had dark, greasy stains on chair arms and seat, mold and dirt in the shower and around the corners of the floor. It also had multiple hairs of previous guests on the shower and bathroom walls.
