High Altitude Training Center

I think the hotel is being used as some sort of halfway house. Lots of questionable hanging out sitting on planters, smoking, outside the entrance and in the lobby. Furnishing were like an old boarding house. Bathroom was clean and updated. Front desk took my credit card for “incidentals” but there is not room service, refrigerator or shop to buy anything so why do they need my card? In the morning, front desk would not give me a statement. Even though my purchase went through Expedia, I wanted to be sure no charges were put in my card. The desk staff was indignant and rude. Evening staff more polite and responsive. This was shakey situation, I think it should not be offered by Expedia.
