「Cleaner was working upon check in, was smoking at the back door, the smell was all through the unit. There was a previous guest sanitary pad rubbish on the bathroom counter which was disturbing. There was no plug for the bath, I doubt the spa bath works. There is only a keypad code entry to the unit, at the beginning of my stay the owner actually opened the door and walked into the room whilst i was in there. 「The studio was new and clean as advertised and though small, it was fine. (We didn’t have our dog with us.) Our only complaint was that we could hear the lodgers next door and above us, so a bit of sound-proofing would be helpful. The night the townhouse next door was empty was great!」

「A beautiful stay was enjoyed by all. No need to set the alarm, each day our morning wake up call was the goats, after a few days, you can identify each by their individual bleat! Very cute, and very entertaining. The views are magnificent, we spent a day at home, didn’t leave, just enjoyed the space, played all the games located in the bottom drawer, and watched Netflix. 「Our accommodation was great . We really appreciated the big comfy king bed & full kitchen & washing machine . We came to Beechworth to ride the High Country cycling trails & surrounding gravel roads . Yakandandah was our favorite little village with a bustling vibe. Highly recommend Bare accommodation if you want to be in town & walking distance to local amenities this is a great spot . Very clean & well appointed. 」

「Room and facilities were perfect for a family of 5, the beds were comfy and sheets crisp and clean. The only downside was that surfaces (bed side tables, top of fridge) were a bit dusty and had been forgotten about in the clean. Regardless, we would be happy to stay there again. 」
