"I have stayed at this owner's properties a few times. Just like always, the house was clean and comfortable. A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. The owner even personally reached out when a severe thunderstorm would be coming through to warn us. My only advice is to use the mosquito spray they provide and follow the owner's directions for use immediately. The house is on the beach, but the grassy...

"We brought our 11 month old on his first beach trip and the house had everything we needed. The beach is extremely close to the property. You have the option to drive or walk. We did the 1 minute short drive. We came on this trip after heavy rainfall and there was no high water, but lots of mosquitoes on the island as a whole, so bring bug spray. It really helps. I’d recommend this property to families of 3-4 or 2 couples! It was great for our family of 3."

"Our big group enjoyed the 3 night stay at Sol Shine. The king beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the trip to the beach was short and easy. The bunk room was fabulous for the kids along with its private bathroom. We had a minor issue with door lock and maintenance was there within 20 minutes of our call. Highly recommend!"

"Saltwater Inn was quite a surprise. Reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical. I was even a little wary when I first arrived, due to its rugged appearance. However, don't judge a book by its cover. The office staff was extremely welcoming, and the room was pristine and comfortable. Although the decor is minimalistic, I had all the essentials I needed and then some. Thank you, Mike et al.! I highly recommend Saltwater Inn without reservation."
