「While our room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked great, the shower needed some bleach work, door track was black and floor pan of shower was orange in spots. We checked in on a Thursday, kids used pool, Friday someone apparently barged in pool. We were told pool had to be drained, cleaned, refilled. Next 3 days, we never saw any of this being done. VERY DISSAPPOINTING as now the kids couldn't swim, 98° outside!!! A very faint apology with no amends from staff.」

「Kind of run down and old. Hallway carpets dingy. Some mildew in the bathroom. Stains on the room carpet. But if you are looking for a cheap place (at least compared to other places around) and you are used to low-end motels, this one isn't horrible. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was decent and they tried hard to keep up (it was EXTREMELY busy when we were there, and the employees were hustling to keep the food stocked.)」

「Drury is the best overall stay for the money. The breakfast is standard fair, but it tastes better than comoetitors. All staff were friendly and courteous. Room had comfortable bed and was clean and scent free. Excellent value for the money.」

「I reserved a room with the jets (I have back issues) and thought that would be nice when kiddos went to pool. Well, pool was completely closed and if we would have known we would have reserved a diff hotel. So to try and make things better, hey go use the tub... the jets, none of them worked. Water wouldn't even stay in the tub, slowly drained. There were no snacks down stairs for them to go get chips, banana, nothing! Breakfast was not even worth going down stairs for... no batter for waffles...

「I found a tick in the bed that bit me twice. The WiFi code was expired. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no land line to call the office. I had to go to the restaurant to communicate. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. I had to spit it out. I made them give me credit for the second night. I told them I was not going to stay there another night. They did credit me on that but should have reimbursed on the first night also but I didn’t ask them to do that .」
