Cabin has no wifi, no water, and solar-powered electricity. Access to wifi service and your own private bathroom and kitchen is a short walk away. Guests have the cabin to themselves, they also have access to their own private bathroom and kitchen, located in the main farmhouse, a short walk away Most of the time I'll be around if needed. Property adjoins Blackhawk county park and is a 15 minute drive from Governor Dodge state park. Both parks great for hiking, biking, swimming, paddle boarding, cross country skiing and more. Cross country ski from the cabins back door directly out to Blackhawk trails. Local attractions: Taliesin, Spring Green, American Players Theatre, House on the Rock, Cave of the Mounds are all an easy drive from the farm. Close by the town of Mineral Point boasts charm and fun activities for all ages, with a bustling high street full of restaurants, cafes, art and pottery galleries. Farm also allows easy access to surrounding towns (Dodgeville, Highland, cobb, Linden etc) and is an hour from Madison. There is ample parking at the farm. We are in a remote location best accessed by car. There is no uber / lyft service in this area :) There is no electricity in the cabin, but there is a portable solar generator that can be used to charge phones, run a fan and / or heater etc. No internet is available in the cabin but a network is available in the kitchen area.
