The space
This bright, cozy space is set for relaxation, entertainment or a great spot to lay your head between local activities. It is thoroughly sanitized between each guest and is loaded inside and out with quality furnishings, games and comfy spots to gather and enjoy. The kitchen has cooking and food prep supplies. All bedding, towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soap and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. There are 4 beds (sleeping 6 people) and 2 queen size air mattresses available. Tv in Master plus Projector in family room. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+. Board games and kids toys plus ping pong, air hockey and foosball. Wifi, keyless entry. Desk for working if needed.

They have will have full access to the basement, with it's own entrance and parking and is a complete separate unit from the upstairs.
While the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the Rocky Mountains (you'll find lots of trails, parks, open spaces and even a few ranches) it is actually only minutes from stores, restaurants, activities, theaters and more. Dine out or order in from your favorite restaurants, go shopping at Tanger Outlet Stores (10 min. away), enjoy biking, climbing, boating, skiing, snow shoeing, hiking or most any outdoor activity right outside your door or within minutes. Bike trails in the neighborhood, downtown SLC 35 min., Snowbird Ski Resort 45 min., Utah Lake 15 minutes, American Fork Canyon 10 min., Sundance Ski and Summer Resort 35 minutes, Mt. Timpanogos Temple 10 minutes.
