The location is a 5 star location. Some minor issues, no top sheets on any beds but we found them. Weeds around tennis court and swimming pool need to be removed. House was very spacious. Overall, we had a great time.

The house is located on a beautiful property. However, it was not well kept. The kitchen was dirty and pots and pans were dirty as well. We had to clean the entire kitchen before we were able to cook. It really needs a cleaning crew that can clean the entire house.

Family Wedding

It was only about 24 hours. We were only on the property to prepare for wedding and to sleep there after event. When I booked, I missed the fact that it was a required 2 night stay. That was my error.The property is very large, which worked for 9 guests. It is an impressive venue, great views, amenities and literally right up the street from where we were going. We did use the tennis courts and were able to sit outside. This area is desirable, and I would consider using this place again.

Perfect getaway for those who want peace, space and grandeur.

This was a extended work visit, and the property was perfect for us and the host was very accommodating whenever needed. I can see a wedding, reunion or a quiet getaway for a large family at this location.

Great Propwerty!

This property is perfect for any group looking for peace, quiet and all the beauty NY has to offer. All arrangement were easily made and every request was taken care of immediately. Our stay was just extended and we feel lucky to contiue in this fantastic location.

Great location and beautiful outdoor space

Property is 2 mins away from numerous farms including DuBois. Pool is well maintained and is massive with great landscape in the backyard for large group to enjoy. Would have liked to have inside bit cleaner but I think it comes being outdoor type property.

Beautiful Escape + Spectacular Views

We loved our stay here over the weekend. The property was perfect for our three kids and three couples. We enjoyed the view, pool and tennis court and ventured to the farm nearby.

Beautiful home, needs a little TLC

Large home with new kitchen and baths, beautiful vistas. One of the toilets didn't flush and there were many cobwebs and dead flies on window sills. Could have used a cleaning before we arrived. Linens didn't seems fresh. We enjoyed the pool. We still made good memories!!

Fabulous choice for our vacation!

We had an amazing vacation at this house! It is so spacious; each bedroom has a nice bathroom (especially the master!) and the living areas are huge. The pool is delicious and the view is spectacular. The owners are incredibly responsive - we had a problem with the A/C on Saturday evening and they stopped what they were doing and drove over an hour to come and fix it (it was a circuit problem - the A/C is working fine). The owners are a really a pleasure to deal with and the house worked out great for us.

Beautiful views and lots pf space for everyone!

We loved staying in this large home for a weekend wedding in the area. All couples had plenty of room, with a bathroom in every bedroom, comfy beds, lots of living spaces, and gorgeous views of the valley below. The fall colors were so pretty!

Beautiful view, half empty

This place is something else. It’s up on the mountain with a beautiful view and the house itself feels like it’s out of a movie. Plenty of space (almost too much!). Very appreciative that our host allowed an early check in! It’s very clear that there is still some gradual work being done as bits and pieces of the house felt unfinished or untouched. There were no overhead lights in the main sitting room, no water glasses, not enough wine glasses for everyone, etc. The smell of the water in the master bedroom was overwhelming. The video cameras were also very unsettling. We absolutely had a great time; there were just some little things that worked against the experience but can easily improve.
