「While the room was clean but if you want a place infested with ants and cockroaches and no water, unhelpful staff - this is the place! We were met with an infestation of ants. And not a couple. Millions and millions of ants. The staff blatantly refused to give us a new room stating they had treated the room but the ants returned. There were several cockroaches roaming around the room. They continuously turned off the water and had to call them to turn it on to use the shower and toilet. There...

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clara went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible though nothing else was pleasant about the place. There's no microwave not only in the room but the whole lodge didn't even have 1 single microwave, not even in their kitchen. We asked the owner if he could organize a microwave for us, he said he'd look into it but never did.The toaster was broken, we literally had to stand next to it and hold the button down while toasting the bread...

「I booked a Family Apartment with 2 rooms with 2 beds. They gave me two separate apartments with 2 beds. I declined the second apartment because we were traveling with children. When I asked them if it would be the same price they said yes. When I asked them why I didn't get the room I booked, it was available, they said Expedia made a mistake. When I told them to give me the second room the offered at the beginning if they weren't going to give me the room I booked or a refund they said they...

「We had the pleasure of staying at Kamunjila lodge for two separate nights during our time in Zambia and we absolutely loved our time here. The lodge felt like a home away from home and the friendly staff (Stanley and Conti in particular) really went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. The rooms are spotless and the lodge’s common space is a quiet oasis. Thank you for hosting us and we would love to return if we ever visit Zambia again!:)」

「This is a great hotel. Our river view room was spectacular. The staff were friendly. The overall surroundings are brilliant, well maintained, and we saw elephants having lunch in the neighbouring national park from a few feet away (through an electric fence!). It's well located to get into Livingstone and you really can't beat staying right on the banks of the Zambezi. The pool is nice, if slightly smaller than expected, and not heated. The service was sometimes slow. Food was good, not...

「Alles was prima.

「We booked the comfort chalet room but was given a double standard room instead. They have double booked by accident. I still kept the 5-star rating because 1.) The price for both were the same anyway 2.) Even established hotels make the same mistakes with double-booking. 3.) The staff, especially Priscilla and Imelda took exceptionally good care of us! They are obviously a lodge on soft opening period, most of the area is still under construction but the rooms were spotless clean. The breakfast...

「Wonderful stay at an authentic African lodge with beautiful views from their restaurant deck. We stayed in the family chalet which was on the outer rim of the campus. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. We were able to borrow an electrical conversion box from the reception. Baboons were wandering during the morning and afternoon. We saw crocodiles and elephants in the early evening. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying in the National Park. We also strolled...
