"Amazing location - train on the Yamanote line which go around all the must see in Tokyo. The lifts has a long wait sometimes specially during check-out times. The staff are very helpful and friendly - we managed to check in at 12nn by paying an extra AUD$30 which is quite cheap compared to other hotels 😊"
"Excellent location- close to a lot of shopping and restaurants! Courteous and friendly staff. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, and it worked for 4 ppl. The laundry/dryer in the room is a huge bonus. Also, we liked the toilet separated from the shower room, made it convenient for us. Overall highly recommend! "
