「Very beautiful and very clean. The host is very nice.」

「si trova in una zona tranquilla, ha un bel ristorante, camere moderne e be arredate.」

「What a beautiful place to stay, an old convent, peaceful surroundings. There are no staff, however everything is easy to find, coffee machine, tea’s, a fridge full of drinks in the main entrance. (Honesty box) Three minute walk to the Lindhoffer Gaststätte for a typical German breakfast, plenty of Coffee etc. We ate there in the evening, the rump steak was delicious and tender, other options were superb. It’s not the Hilton ok !!! , but it’s a truly comfortable and cosy experience. Enjoy x」

「Personal überragend Essen super」

「A very nice hotel. We'd stay there again.」

「Premises in 2 buildings 200 m apart. Reception and better accommodation (I presume) in one, remainder in the other. Staff members all appear to be English speaking and of Indian origin. Reception staffed by at least 3 people who claimed to have received only 1 day training in the job. Communication and Reception skills very limited. Breakfast bar reasonable but limited in variety. On the last day of our stay the lift in the accommodation building failed. No persons on board but suitcases and 5...

「Sehr gutes und freundliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück.」

「I am a fan of new concept, however the communication support of this hotel is horrible for unmanned hotel. I have not received check in email, I contacted hotels.com for room number and password, I have been told wrong information and end up standing in 4 degree out door for an hour to wait for the indirect communication between 3 parties. The room is nice, however no heating even I turn to the hottest, it is freezing cold. No one nor a phone contact will assist for emergency needs.」

「餐饮水果不新鲜 桑拿房比较乱 员工直接进房间打扫卫生 客房设施偏旧 自动扣款信用卡」

「No lift. It is very hard to find the entrance of the hotel.」

「Alles top...」

「Schone kamer, heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. Vriendelijk personeel enige min puntje erg hard matras」

「It was ok. Clean. Said on the website it has a fitness room.....very dubious! A room with a bike, rower and 1 dumbbell...」

「Great character in the building reflected in service and menu.」
