“I booked our stay at Monarc Ranch for the April 8 eclipse, when we had a problem with our previous booking. We stayed for 2 nights for a family of 4 (including our 5 and 3 year old boys). Despite the cloudy weather affecting our eclipse viewing, everything about the lodging was outstanding. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed, including fresh baked biscuits, cinnamon rolls and a frittata in the fridge, and candy, s'mores ingredients etc. My kids loved the goodies in the cabin,……

“Overall we had a great stay, but it was more about price and location than anything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, so that was great! Rooms are outdated and there were obvious areas that were damaged from water. Carpet was very questionable/gross. Paid for a balcony but there’s rooms above you without a balcony that just open up to your balcony which is odd. Also no light on balcony so can’t use at night. Pool area is awesome but was disappointed as it was supposed to be temp……
