“We loved our stay at Doe’s Hideaway, this is our second visit, the place and the host never disappoint. Everything is very clean, beautifully decorated, cabinets are fully stocked, there’s plenty of open fields, it’s quiet and the lake make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you for having us again. ”

“Listing had hot tub listed, but none on property, otherwise had a great stay. Not thrilled by the un-expected add-on "Host Fee" that was nearly P the cost of the stay. That is misleading, should be in the standard price listing.”

“Perfect setup for a large family to gather and enjoy time together. The property was clean and welcoming. Plenty of space for group activities and to retreat so we weren't all on top of each other. ”

“The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. The kitchen amenities were sufficient, ice trays filled and ready, firewood piled up as well. The property is beautiful and secluded. We loved saying hi to the donkeys and watch the deer. Just a few miles from all of the fun activities Glen Rose has to offer. Kay was also wonderful at communicating with us. ”

“The cabin was super clean and cozy. Both the living room and the bathroom are very spacious with thoughtful decorations.The location is remote and safe but not far from the city center. The pickleball court is a nice addition even though we didn't have time to try it. We will not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Such a beautiful little shack and an amazing view. Everything is super clean and the beds are very comfortable I would just suggest maybe some extra blankets on hand! Has a mini fridge, coffee maker, even a toaster. This was a great stay for a small family like ours. ”
