"Parking was outstanding! Got up to catch an early flight...no breakfast. Very nice and clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"It was clean, the gentleman at the front desk had a great smile, was helpful and always greeted us coming and going. We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised that we didn't even have to ask for clean sheets or clean towels for the second night. We were gone all day and came back to a clean room and refreshed with coffee and coffee cups. We also noted how hard the women worked in the breakfast area. Washing down tables, counters and refreshing eggs, sausage, pastries,etc. Doing it all with a smile."

"It’s everything as advertised. Downtown is walkably close. If you want to scoot, that’s a thing you can do too. The bed is soft, the elevator works, the heat works real well, there’s a TV, and the shower has a lot of pressure. It’s a fine hotel for the price and location. Dont sleep on the Cascadia toiletries either."

"PTAC was very dirty I had to clean out the filters, the cover and the vent. You can feel the springs in the bed. The bath tub needs to be recaulked. It’s moldy. Breakfast was great. Parking was great. Staff were great."

"Mised having orange juice for breakfast. The rest was adequate. Hard to understand the staff at registration. Spoke too quietly and had to ask to repeat often. My problem with hearing but staff should have made better effort to commujnicate. Facilities were good. "

"I love the sauna! This is my critique every time we stay here - the hot tub needs to be cleaned more often. And please bring back the omelets."
