“Lovely property with hardwood and tile floors. Thoughtfully decorated and an excellent location for getting downtown or onto the I-5 highway. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, a plentiful larder and clean bathroom plus pool/beach towels. Short walk to local Ralph's grocery store and take-out/restaurants. Parking for 2 cars and Host Jesse was friendly when reached out to and quickly resolved an issue with the wifi modem. The pool was a highlight for the kids and we also enjoyed BBQ &……

“Very nice little bungalow in a great neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Parking is a plus, particulary in this area, and while it is a bit tight for standard size vehicles it is far better than trying to find street parking. Traffic on University is a bit heavy at times, but you don't really notice it when you are inside.The beds are comfortable. The HVAC system works well. It was great to have access to a grill.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood is happening and has lots to do. Great for visitors looking for an area that is close to downtown San Diego. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed with anything we needed. This darling house is within easy and flat walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Our dogs enjoyed both the front and back yards- although we did have to drive to a dog park in order to have a good ball throw.……
