“Carmen was very attentive and helpful! We had a little trouble with the door code but she responded quickly and remedied the issue. The place is as described. We only stayed for 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. The garage was an added bonus! I do wish the main door had a curtain or blind for privacy but its on the 2nd level and sunken back so no major concerns. Neighbors are very friendly! We would stay here again! Thank you!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The condo was immaculate upon arrival and looked exactly like the pictures (if not better). The balcony overlooking the pool is a perfect spot to have a glass of wine and relax. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet a short walk to Sparkman Wharf, The Riverwalk, the Aquarium, cruise ports and many restaurants. “ This is a little gem of an experience. The property is located on a point jutting into Tampa Bay, with a great skyline view of Tampa, especially at night. The property offers all sorts of activities, has a great pool that is clean and well maintained, two restaurants within walking distance, park for kids across the street. “Our host was great and got back to us quickly. Check in was simple. Nice place centrally located to a lot of attractions. A few things need to be updated but overall it met our needs. The blinds were worn and the remote was missing the back. We also noticed the smoke detector in one bedroom had no batteries. My biggest issue was the street noise and train keeping me up at night. The bed were very comfortable. I’d stay again if I’m planning on being in the area.”

“This was booked on short notice, very happy with our experience. We were down here for a soccer tournament, location was fantastic not too far from the soccer fields, but with tons of things to do close by as well. The inside was fantastic, love the 1.5 bathrooms and the two living room areas. Highly recommend staying here.”
