"Staff is pleasant and rooms as pictured, shuttle is easy....But BEWARE! We utilized Sonesta's paid parking program while we traveled. This location has NO CAMERAS, our vehicle was vandalized, broken into and personal items stolen. Also insufficient lighting and no security personnel. Even though the hotel takes all your information, they never even let us know what happened when we checked in. Police were called at some point, incident report created and window was taped up. No hotel apologies. Stay/Park/Fly is a great program, just choose another hotel!"

"The staff at the front desk continued on personal call for 10” while I waited to check in. The hotel is showing its age but their ability to accommodate a family of five in a single room the night before departure was more than worth it. "

"I changed three rooms after I arrived. They were all noisy for one reason or another. I am a light sleeper and need a quiet place to sleep. Also, the heater took a lot of time to heat up the room. The restaurant closes after breakfast and opens at 5 for room service. "
