“The place appeared unkept on the outside. There were cigarette buts on the walkway and the tiles were broken. I thought it was strange for a bed to be in the living room and the second bedroom had a table and chairs in it. The bathroom lights were bare light bulbs. It’s an old house and needs some fixing up. It was adequate for our needs.”

“I have stayed here before and had great experience. There were a couple of snafoos when I arrived but everything worked out in the end. The stairs going up to my place were not ideal but I survived. I want to thank Rebecca for all her help and kindness. I want to thank the wonderful Kenton for coming down the next morning to do a great job getting my room in tip top shape. “Quaint homey feel.”

“Great little place”

“Spacious well equipped home!”

“Great place. Very clean. It felt brand new. All staples you need plus there were snacks, coffee and waters. The po d out back is great for fishing! It was a surprise that the guest house is attached to the main house. However, we never saw or heard anything that impacted our time here. The location is very close to Hillsdale College. There are a handful of places to eat and trails arboretum nearby. 30 min from IMS.”

“We are woodlarkers, wildife watchers, and whimsical wanderers, who are always looking for "off the beaten path". This little cottage was exactly that. Like some sweet little hidden gem, a local secret. Easy access to the park amenities and trailheads. Great little base camp to come back to after a day of adventuring and memory making. ”

“Accurate listing . Nice, comfortable stay. We only stayed one night as planned.”

“Cute place. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. We enjoyed the fire pit.”

“Such a beautiful stay and the host was amazing!”

“Wasn’t bad but felt weird host didn’t meet in person and was living above me made me and my service pup sketchy towards the end of the night. I think if they would’ve at least met me, (I would wanna know who’s in my basement also) it might’ve not made it so weird”
