「This property was beautifully decorated and appointed! The host was very responsive to my communications. We found out it is definitely family owned. Lindsey's mom, Jan, was onsite to clean the upstairs unit and messaged us to check in and see if we needed anything, offering additional towels, sheets, coffee pods, etc. But they had provided plenty and of good quality! Jan spent some time chatting with us, giving us recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and pastry shops (which we...

「The good - beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Also nice to have a kitchenette and large fridge. Free snacks and drinks were a plus. Price of the room was very reasonable as well.
The bad - The walls are paper thin and after midnight, I could hear every word from next door, every bang, every noise. While it doesn’t really bother me earlier in the day, makes sleep impossible when it is happening after midnight. Also could hear everything from outside the hotel like car noise, fire...

「Everything was as represented and also true to all of the excellent reviews. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! The coffee service was well stocked. The kitchen had new appliances. The location was very convenient to the University of Minnesota, shopping, restaurants, activities, everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood was older homes but appeared safe and was quiet except for an occasional loud vehicle passing. Parking was adequate. Beth communicated well with me and investigated a...
