Pools, beach, spa, all excellent; however, guests go up two flights of stairs to the lobby. Out front is just a circular drive for drop off. So every time you go to the car it is up and down stairs, including taking your luggage. Not really for seniors. It was not the usual lobby to say the ...

Hyatt Regency Savannah
The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were friendly and professional. The room itself was dirty. The sheets had hair on them and the bathroom also had hair on the shower walls. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the floors were dirty.
