Clean house on good location

Excellent location close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a short walk to the beach. House and pool were very clean and the house was nicely updated. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property In Hilton Head!

From the 5 minute walk to the beach to the beautiful views from the back deck, this property was all we had hoped for and more. We slept 8 comfortably and truly enjoyed the newly renovated home. The house was immaculate on arrival and the owners could not have made it easier to check in and check out. Many amenities were provided including beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to haul it all to the beach. As soon as we returned home we were already checking available dates at 16 Troon for next year! Overall a fantastic rental!
