Perfect spring getaway!

We love staying at Villamare and this unit looked and felt brand new with amazing ocean sunrise views!The kitchen was well stocked and the owner was attentive to details and was available if needed. Being on the second floor was a plus as we didn’t need the elevator much. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous villa

We stayed for two weeks in Billy Baker's condo at Villamare and had an excellent time. The condo was exactly as shown on the website, very clean, everything was in great condition, Billy was great to work with....we were very happy with our stay! AND....the beach and pools are very accessible. Loved our stay!

Very nice

The place was very nice. Close to the pool and the beach. They have a great pool with lots of chairs. The beds were comfy, bathrooms clean. We needed to stay an extra day and Billy was able to make it happen seamlessly. Definitely would recommend this place.

Beautiful condo

We had a great stay at Villamare Condo. There was a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We didn’t do any cooking but condo seemed to be well supplied. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Billy for sharing your lovely place.

Perfect location

Our experience renting this condominium was wonderful. The unit is well-maintained, and the property management is responsive and efficient. The location is perfect and is s 30-second walk from the beach. Dolphin-watching at breakfast is always fun!

The unit is very nice and right on the ocean. Beautiful view. The outdoor pool area was under construction but since it was December, we wouldn’t have needed it anyway. Very comfortable king bed and wonderful primary bathroom shower. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Beautiful condo

You can't beat the view. Sunrise is gorgeous. The condo was perfect. Extemely clean, nice decor and terrific location. We had everything we needed and more. The owner sent us lots of info and we were able to find restaurants, shopping,and food stores easily. Great condo!

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head!

We were so grateful to stay at Billy's property! This is an absolutely amazing condo, with a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo was spotless upon check-in, and the location is perfect for people who are looking for a great time on the beach and at the pool in Hilton Head. Billy was great to correspond with and he was quick to answer any questions that we might have had prior to, and during, our stay. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough; and we will definitely be looking to stay her again during our next trip to Hilton Head.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

We had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. We had morning coffee outside on the balcony. The living space is nice and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved that the condo was on the second floor so we could take the stairs. There is an elevator if you need it. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great view and Location!

My family had a wonderful vacation at this excellent beach condo! The view of the ocean is spectacular and the location can't be beat. Billy, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. He answered his phone right away and he was incredibly helpful. The condo was spotless and well decorated. Our kids enjoyed the tidal pools on the beach, watching deer, the hot tub and pool, and eating dinner on the balcony. We will definitely return!

My family and I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Billy’s! The condo is gorgeous and so well appointed, the layout is great for a family traveling. The Best

This is our second time staying at Billy’s and we will be back, hopefully with some of our family. We don’t yet have grandkids (would need to rent an additional condo), but this is the perfect place for a multi-generational group. Great pools, easy beach access, and best of all, so close to the Kroger, Whole Foods, and Fresh Market. See you again, Billy, and thanks!

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable

This place is a dream! Great location. Overlooks the pool and ocean. Bedding and Mattresses we very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. I forgot to mention to Billy that we needed an extra parking pass before we arrived. I called him and he picked up the phone immediately and called palmetto dunes and we were able to get in without waiting. That was huge after a long drive and ready to be there. Thanks for a dream vacay!

We rent in Hilton Head 4 to 5 times per year and have stayed multiple places. This was by far the cleanest and most up to date condo we have stayed in the past 30 years. Will definitely check this availability first, going forth

End of summer getaway

This was our first trip to Hilton Head, but definitely won’t be our last. The entire island is gorgeous and has all of the amenities needed, the Palmetto Dunes resort is a great location, and the Villamare condos are nicely appointed and on a beautiful and broad section of the beach. Our unit on the second floor (second floor of condos, parking is below / at ground level) had amazing views from all 3 rooms we’ll never forget, and we were just steps away from the outdoor resort pool or the beach. The perfect place to unplug with our family of 5 for the week, perhaps the beginning of a new tradition! Thank you providing an amazing space to enable a week we’ll never forget.

Excellent Family Beach Trip

Our family always takes a spring beach trip, and after trying different locations and different properties, we have to say that this rental was one of the best we’ve stayed at. We love Hilton Head and plan to come back for many more trips. It’s a great place to take your family, especially with younger children when you don’t want the hustle and bustle of a crowded location like Myrtle Beach. This condo in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for our family. It was super clean, had a great view, and provided all of the necessities we needed to make our stay perfect. Being so close to the pool and beach was a must for us with a small child and this place checked that box. We also rented bikes from the outfitter on the property and parked them right underneath the condo. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and plan to be back for many more trips in the future!

Stay Was As Expected

I would rate this stay as a 4.5 since 5.0 denotes a perfect property and the property. 4.0 is too low. Communication with the host was excellent. The property is exactly as advertised. A few items that fall short of perfect 5.0.: the master bed is a high-quality king bed however it has developed low spots or 'sagging' indentations where people sleep. Other bedding materials such as linens and pillows were excellent. The guest shower drain is draining slowly and fills with a few inches of water when showering. The master bath sink drain is also slow. One of the kitchen hanging lights had a bulb out. It is a great unit in a great location and we had a great stay.
