Comfortable house near the beach

This was our first time renting from sunset rentals. The property was as described in pictures. The community as a whole could use a facelift but the house interiors were very meticulously done and matched our style. All the fixtures looked updated, plenty of seating areas. The door to the deck was broken and it was covered with foliage so we didnt even bother to go there. Loved the breakfast nook and the roof windows in the bedroom ! Ample utensils to work with. Management company were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Overall we had a lovely experience and will love to rent again with sunset rentals.

Nice location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk 208. It was very clean. It was just a short walk from the beach and had a well appointed kitchen. Shipyard has a great beach entrance and is the perfect location for great restaurants and shopping. I wouldn’t recommend this property for anyone who struggles with stairs. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the stairs are very steep and the bottom step is very high. Some of the furniture was not very comfortable. Also, during our stay, the parking was a little crowded because there were two roll off dumpsters and a storage pod parked in the lot. I’m sure that is just a temporary situation. Overall it was a very nice getaway!
